The city is excited to announce that we moved from Interim City Hall to the newly constructed building at the Civic Campus located at: 23204 58th Avenue W, Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043. Our new building is a two-story, approximately 18,600 square foot building with City Council Chambers, public lobby, offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, mechanical and electrical room, elevator, mud room, storage room, etc.
One-story, approximately 3,100 square foot addition to the existing Police Station. Includes a new entry area, two holding areas, secure interview room, detective area, restroom updates, ADA improvements, new sally port, break room and open area for training.
Named after Mountlake Terrace’s beloved civic leader and former mayor, the plaza includes terraced seating, water feature, sculptures by two Northwest artists, landscaping and lighting.
