Effective March 29, 2021, all Washington State counties is in Phase 3.
On January 11, the state began a regional recovery approach to COVID-19 called “Healthy Washington — Roadmap to Recovery,” with every region beginning in Phase 1. A region’s phase will be determined by the Department of Health in response to four metric requirements. To advance to the next phase, regions must meet the metrics as described on the state’s “Roadmap to Recovery” webpage.

City Facilities Update:
During Governor Inslee’s Coronavirus orders, Interim City Hall, the Police Station and the Public Works Shop are closed to the public. The city will continue to process building and development permits, inspect essential construction activities, provide police services and maintain grounds and infrastructure.
Effective March 8, the Recreation Pavilion hours are Monday through Thursday, 5:45 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Friday 5:45 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with reservations necessary for all programs. Athletic fields opened March 1 by reservation only and with appropriate safety plans. Park trails, the boat launch, fishing pier, off-leash dog park, tennis courts and basketball court are open, subject to gathering and social distancing requirements
